Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods. If you ordered several items in one order that are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

by a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

You can also withdraw online with our Withdraw from contract function. It is linked in the footer of every page.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough that you send your communication before the period expires.

No exception for our designs

Our products are printed after you order, but you choose them from our catalogue with a standard design, a standard size and a standard colour. We therefore do not treat them as goods made to your specifications, and the right of withdrawal applies in full.

If we ever offer a genuinely personalised product, for example with your own name or your own artwork, we will say so clearly on the product page before you order, and the right of withdrawal will not apply to that product under § 18 (1) 3 FAGG.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you be charged a fee for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Returning the goods

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal, to:

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please do not send returns to our print partner; they will not be accepted there.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In short: trying a shirt on is fine, wearing it out is not.
