Where we ship
We ship to all 27 member states of the European Union. We currently do not ship outside the EU.
Your order is printed and shipped by our print partner from a facility inside the EU. That means no customs duties and no import charges for you.
What shipping costs
- Order value under € 60: € 4,90
- Order value from € 60: free
The cost is shown in the cart and in the checkout before you order.
How long it takes
Every item is made after you order, so there are two steps:
- Production: usually a few working days.
- Shipping: about three to six working days within the EU, depending on the country.
You get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link as soon as the parcel is actually on its way, not before. We deliver no later than 30 days after your order.
If something is wrong with your order
Write to support@highrizz.shop with your order number and a photo if
- the print is faulty or misplaced,
- the item is damaged,
- you received the wrong item or the wrong size compared with your order.
We replace it or refund you, and we pay the shipping. This does not limit your statutory warranty rights of two years.
If you simply changed your mind
You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. The full text, including the model form, is on our page Right of withdrawal.
In short:
- Tell us within 14 days of receiving the parcel, at support@highrizz.shop or with our Withdraw from contract function.
- Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us, to E-Commerce Solutions e.U. (highrizz), Triester Straße 236, 8055 Graz, Austria.
- You pay the return postage.
- We refund the price and the standard delivery cost no later than 14 days after you told us. We may hold back the refund until we have the goods back or your proof that you sent them, whichever comes first.
- Please do not send returns to our print partner. They are not accepted there.
Trying a shirt on is fine. If an item comes back worn, washed or damaged, we may deduct the loss in value.
Wrong size
Our sizes follow EU sizing and every product page has a size guide. If a size does not fit, the right of withdrawal above applies: tell us within 14 days, send the shirt back unworn, and you get your money back. We do not offer free exchanges, because every shirt is produced individually.
