Terms & Conditions

Version of 17 September 2026. These terms apply to orders placed through highrizz.shop.

1. Who you are buying from

E-Commerce Solutions e.U., owner Mahamood Attia, Triester Straße 236, 8055 Graz, Austria, FN 629422x, Landesgericht für Zivilrechtssachen Graz, support@highrizz.shop, phone +43 660 6565398. highrizz is a brand of E-Commerce Solutions e.U.

2. Scope

These terms apply to every order in this shop. Different terms of yours do not apply unless we agree to them in writing.

3. Who can order

You can order if you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into contracts.

4. How the contract is concluded

The products shown in the shop are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. You place a binding offer when you press the order button, which is labelled to show that the order obliges you to pay. Before that you can correct your entries at any time in the cart and in the checkout.

We confirm receipt of your order by email without delay. The contract comes into existence when we accept your order in a separate email or when we ship the goods, whichever comes first. The automatic confirmation of receipt alone is not acceptance.

We store the text of the contract and send it to you with the confirmation email. The contract is concluded in English.

5. Prices

Prices are in euro and include no VAT. We are a small business under § 6 (1) 27 of the Austrian VAT Act, so no VAT is charged and none is shown.

Shipping is added and shown in the cart and in the checkout before you order: € 4,90 within the EU, free from € 60 order value.

6. Payment

The payment methods available to you are shown in the checkout, currently card (including Apple Pay and Google Pay), Klarna, EPS and PayPal. Payment is due when the contract is concluded. We only start production once the payment has been confirmed.

7. Production, delivery and delivery time

Every item is printed for you after you order. Nothing sits in a warehouse.

Production usually takes a few working days. Standard shipping within the EU then takes about three to six working days, depending on the country. We deliver no later than 30 days after your order. You receive a tracking link as soon as the parcel is on its way.

We deliver to the 27 member states of the European Union. Our print partner ships from facilities within the EU, so there are no customs duties or import charges for you.

If an item turns out not to be available, we tell you without delay and refund any payment you have already made.

8. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until they are paid for in full.

9. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. The details, the consequences and the model withdrawal form are on our page Right of withdrawal, which is also part of the ordering process.

Because our designs are standard designs that you pick from our catalogue, we do not treat them as goods made to your specifications. The right of withdrawal therefore applies as normal.

10. Warranty and defects

Statutory warranty applies. Under the Austrian Warranty Directives Implementation Act (VGG) you have warranty rights for defects that appear within two years of delivery. You can ask for repair or replacement, and under the statutory conditions for a price reduction or for cancelling the contract.

If your print is faulty, the shirt is damaged or you received the wrong item, write to support@highrizz.shop with your order number and a photo. We sort it out and carry the costs.

11. Liability

Our liability is governed by statutory law.

12. Data protection

We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer with your habitual residence in another EU member state, the mandatory consumer protection rules of that state still apply to you.

For consumers, the place of jurisdiction is determined by § 14 of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG). For businesses, the competent court in Graz has jurisdiction.

14. Complaints

Send complaints to support@highrizz.shop. We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

15. If a clause does not hold

If a provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the rest stays valid. The invalid provision is replaced by the statutory rule.

16. Personalised products

If you add your own text, you confirm that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights (for example trademarks, copyright, names or personality rights) and is not unlawful. We check every personalised order before printing and may refuse it; if we do, we refund the full price of that item. Personalised products are made to your specifications, so the right of withdrawal does not apply to them (§ 18 (1) 3 FAGG). Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
